Have you ever journaled about something bad that happened to you or a tough situation you faced? Then you shredded or burned the paper? That can be a release. A way to move on.

How about revisiting that tough situation? This time write about something positive that came out of it. What did you learn? How did you grow in facing that challenge?

How do you feel about it now? Lighter? Empowered? A new appreciation? More positive?
