A MUST read if you want to regain your health or stay healthy. I’m a huge believer in the power of fiber, and this book confirms everything I’ve learned the hard way.

Breaking the Vicious Cycle: Intestinal Health Through Diet

Elaine Gottschall

“Diet for Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis Diverticulitis, Celiac Disease, Cystic Fibrosis and Chronic Diarrhea”

Personally, I think this food plan is a good one for those battling Food Addiction and other issues with food, with some minor tweaking.

This food plan starves out the “bad bugs” in your gut and restores the proper balance. A must have book for those with the above conditions.
